摘  要:目的研析案例教学联合客观结构化临床考试在肿瘤用药教育中的应用价值与优势。方法选取2020年6月—9月在本院肿瘤科实习生30名,其中对照组15名:开展传统教育模式;实验组15名:实施客观结构化临床考试联合案例教学法。观察不同教学方式对肿瘤科实习生的应用价值。结果实验组病历分析、临床操作技能、思维能力、用药教学能力均高于对照组,差异均有统计 学意义(P < 0.05)。实验组实习生的自我学习积极性、 对带教老师教学满意率、课堂学习氛围活跃以及教学 方案值得被推广肯定比例高于对照组,差异有统计学 意义(P < 0.05)。实验组实习生认为案例教学联合客 观结构化临床考试可提高团队合作能力、交流沟通能 力、扩宽知识面、分析问题与处理问题能力、理论知 识与实践充分结合、自主查阅文献资料能力,予以较 高评价。结论 案例教学法联合客观结构化临床考试有 利于提升肿瘤科实习生的综合能力,从而给予患者全 面、系统的用药教育,并开展症状管理,从而预防与降低抗肿瘤药物对机体所产生的不良反应,提升用药安 全性与有效性。Objective To analyze the value and advantage of case-based learning combined with objective structured clinical examination in cancer medication education.Methods 30 trainees of oncology department in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2020 to September 2020 were selected as research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group.Case-based learning combined with objective structured clinical examination in cancer medication education were given to experimental group.Traditional education were given to control group.The application values of different education system were observed.Results The abilities of medical records analyzing,clinical operation,discourse and medication educationin in experimental group were more capable in control group.By contrast,the variation had statistical significance(P<0.05).The rate of self-learning enthusiasm,satisfied with the tutors'teaching,classroom atmospherein in experimental group were more capable in control group.By contrast,the variation had statistical significance(P<0.05).The trainees of experimental group viewed that case-based learning combined with objective structured clinical examination can improve the abilities of teamwork,communication,knowledge,analyzing and solving problems,theory combines with practice and consulting reference.Conclusion Case-based learning combined with objective structured clinical examination in cancer medication education can improve the comprehensive ability of trainees and medication education.
