摘 要:目的调查医学生对医生执业法知识的知晓现状和影响因素,为有效开展针对性教学和培训提供依据。方法2020年11月—2021年2月,采用便利抽样的方法,对南方医科大学的176名医学生进行依法执业知识调查。结果依法执业知识平均得分为(11.5±2.2)分,总知晓率为90.74%。其中,知晓率最高的两个问题分别是“注册内科医师能为哪些患者开展诊疗活动”和“医务人员应当对患者哪项信息保密”,均为98.15%。知晓率最低的问题是7.41%。与未参加临床实习的医学生相比,参加临床实习的医学生具有较高的知晓率,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。此外,医学生对《执业医师法》教学的意愿强烈。结论对医学生开展医师执业相关知识的教育意义重大,学校和教学医院应优化课程,通过多种形式和途径提供教育。Objective To investigate the awareness of the physician practice act and its influencing factors among medical college students,and to provide data support for improving education.Methods From November 2020 to February 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 176 medical college students from Southern Medical University.Results The average knowledge score was(11.50±2.20)points,and the awareness rate was 90.74%.The two questions with the highest awareness rates were"which patients can the registered physician carry out clinical treatment activities for"and"which information should the medical staff keep confidential",both of which were 98.15%.The lowest awareness rate was 7.41%.The awareness rate of medical college students who participated in clinical internship was relatively high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In addition,medical college students had a strong desire for the teaching of the physician practice act.Conclusion It is of great significance to carry out curriculum education for practicing according to law.Schools and teaching hospitals should optimize courses and provide education through various forms and channels.
