摘　　要：肌骨超声是近年来应用于肌肉骨骼系统的超声亚专业,具有分辨率高、经济性好、操作方便等优势,已在多个临床领域推广应用,并得到迅速发展,是许多疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗的重要方法。为了满足日益增长的临床需求,迫切地需要培养出操作熟练、诊断水平高、技术全面的肌骨超声医师。由于肌骨超声操作者依赖性强,在肌骨超声的培训中,培训队伍往往容易只重视操作的训练而忽视对理论知识的学习和培训。而肌骨超声涉及的临床领域广、解剖结构复杂,如果学员没有扎实的理论知识作为前提和储备,会导致培养周期的延长和水平的参差不齐。文章以银屑病关节炎为例,就理论知识培训在肌骨超声医师培养中的重要性加以阐述,旨在缩短肌骨超声医师的培养时间,提高肌骨超声医师的诊断及治疗水平,满足日益增长的临床需求。Musculoskeletal ultrasound is a subspecialty of ultrasound applied to musculoskeletal system in recent years.It has the advantages of high resolution,good economy and convenient operation.It has been widely used in many clinical fields and has developed rapidly.It is an important method for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.In order to meet the growing clinical needs,it is urgent to train musculoskeletal ultrasound physicians with skilled operation,high diagnostic level and comprehensive technology.Due to the strong dependence of musculoskeletal ultrasound operators,in the training of musculoskeletal ultrasound,the training team is often tend to only pay attention to the training of operation and neglect the learning of theoretical knowledge.Musculoskeletal ultrasound involves a wide range of clinical fields and complex anatomical structures.If students do not have solid theoretical knowledge as a prerequisite and reserve,the training cycle will be prolonged and levels will be different.Taking psoriatic arthritis as an example,this paper expounds the importance of theoretical knowledge training in the training of musculoskeletal ultrasound doctors,aiming to shorten the training time of musculoskeletal ultrasound doctors,improve the diagnosis and treatment level of musculoskeletal ultrasound doctors,and meet the growing clinical needs.
