摘　　要：目的了解山东省宁阳县中学生的吸烟情况,探讨吸烟行为的影响因素,为开展学校健康教育和健康促进工作提供依据。方法根据单纯随机抽样的原则,抽取山东省宁阳县有代表性的3所中学、共1214名学生作为调查对象,以班级为单位进行匿名调查。结果宁阳县中学生吸烟率为17.38%,其中城市学生吸烟率为14.34%、乡村学生为24.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.68,P<0.05)。结论为加强控烟宣传工作,学校应针对性地开展健康教育,以保证学生的身心健康。Objective To investigate the smoking status of middle school students of Ningyang County of Shanghai Province and the influencing factors of smoking behavior in order to provide evidence for schools health education and health promotion.Methods By simple random sampling,3 middle schools in Ningyang County were selected as the subjects.By the anonymous questionnaires,1214 students from different classes were investigated.Results The total smoking rate of middle school students in Ningyang was 17.38%.The smoking rate of urban students was 14.34%,and that of rural students was 24.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.68,P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen propanda and education of tobacco control,schools should carry out targeted health education to ensure students’physical and mental health.
