空间社会学视域中网络空间的生产及其正义

摘　　要：空间社会学内涵主要由以生产为核心的空间生产论和以权利为中心的空间正义论构成,前者回答了空间因何生产、怎样生产以及生产什么的实践论问题,后者诠释了空间因何正义、正义什么以及怎样正义的价值论问题。网络空间蕴含物质性、精神性及社会性属性,其生成和发展遵循空间生产的基本实践取向和空间正义的基本价值取向。网络空间的生成和发展本质上是资本、权力以及社会公众等多重主体联合推动的连续性空间生产的过程,但权力和资本在空间生产中对空间的占有、挪用、改造以及支配的能力远远超过作为个体,引起一系列以空间剥夺为主要存在的空间非正义的事实。这需通过规范网络空间秩序,节制资本无序扩张;打破精英技术垄断,完善科技伦理体制;回归日常生活世界,营造差异性社会空间等方式实现网络空间的正义生产。The sociology of space contains the production-centered space production theory and the rights-centered space justice theory.The former answers the practical questions of why space is produced,how it is produced,and what is produced,while the latter interprets why space is justice,the axiological question of what and how to be just.Cyberspace contains material,spiritual and social attributes,and its generation and development follow the basic practice orientation of space production and the basic value orientation of space justice.The generation and development of cyberspace is essentially a process of continuous space production jointly promoted by multiple subjects such as capital,power,and the public.More than as an individual,it causes a series of spatial injustices with spatial deprivation as the main existence.Thus,just production of cyberspace needs to be achieved by regulating the order of cyberspace and controlling the disorderly expansion of capital;breaking the monopoly of elite technology and improving the ethical system of science and technology;returning to the world of daily life and creating a differentiated social space to realize the just production of cyberspace.
