半飞秒准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术在近视激光手术治疗中的效果及对裸眼视力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨行近视激光手术患者应用半飞秒准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的临床效果。方法此次研究样本量为200例,研究对象选取行近视激光手术治疗患者,2020年5月至2021年12月为本研究选例时间,治疗方法:半飞秒准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术。计算术后1d及术后6月治疗总有效率,术前、术后6h、术后1d、术后1月、术后3月、术后6月UCVA、角膜光密度水平及并发症发生率。结果术后1d与术后6月治疗总有效率比较,在统计学中差异不存在意义(P>0.05)。术前及术后不同时间点UCVA比较,仅术后6月UCVA水平明显更高,在统计学中差异较显著(P<0.05),术前及术后不同时间点角膜光密度比较,仅术后6月、术后1d角膜光密度明显更高,在统计学中差异较显著(P<0.05)。术后6月内,仅3例患者出现水肿,1例患者出现干眼,2例患者出现瓣膜碎裂,总发生率为3.00%(6/200)。结论经过半飞秒准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗后,行近视激光手术患者裸眼视力在术后短期就恢复至理想水平,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of half-femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis in patients undergoing laser surgery for myopia.Methods The sample size of this study was 200 cases.The research subjects selected patients who underwent laser surgery for myopia.The period from May 2020 to December 2021 was selected for this study.Treatment method:half-femtosecond excimer laser in situ keratomileusis.The total effective rate was calculated 1 day after surgery and 6 months after surgery.UCVA,corneal optical density and incidence of complications before surgery,6h after surgery,1 day after surgery,1 month after surgery,3 months after surgery,6 months after surgery.Results There was no significant difference between the total effective rate 1 day after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).UCVA level was significantly higher at different time points before and after surgery except 6 months after surgery statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and corneal optical density was significantly higher at different time points before and after surgery except 6 months and 1 day after surgery,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Within 6 months after surgery,only 3 patients developed edema,1 patient developed dry eye,and 2 patients developed valve fragmentation,with a total incidence of 3.00%(6/200).Conclusion After half-femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis for myopic laser surgery patients,uncorrected visual acuity recovered to an ideal level in a short period of time after surgery,with high safety.
