摘 要:面对欧美等发达国家加快出台制造业回迁计划,加速产业链供应链本土布局,全球双链面临重构;复杂多变的国际贸易环境使得民营出口企业面临诸多出口信用风险。作为中国外贸出口的主力军,民营企业必须要正视目前面临的风险及现有风险管理中存在的问题,结合时势,抓住跨境电商、RCEP实施的机遇,通过共建共享的客户信用体系掌握更多、更新、更全面的客户信用信息,通过企业自身、行业协会、中介、政府铸就的信用保障机制,采取全过程、动态化的风险管理方式,有效防范和应对出口信用风险,确保持续、安全地开展出口贸易。Developed countries such as Europe and the United States have accelerated the introduction of manufacturing relocation plans, and the local layout of the industrial chain and supply chain who are facing reconstruction. The COVID-19 being up and down causes international trade environment to be more complex and changeable, which makes private export enterprises face many export credit risks. As the main force of China’s foreign trade export, private enterprises must face up to the current risks and existing problems in risk management, seize the opportunity of cross-border e-commerce and RCEP development in light of the current situation, master more updated and comprehensive customer credit information through the customer credit system to be built and shared jointly, adopt a whole-process and dynamic risk management method through the credit guarantee mechanism forced by enterprises, industry associations, intermediaries and the government to effectively prevent and respond to export credit risks to ensure continuous and safe export trade.
