三聚氰胺甲醛树脂脲醛树脂共混制备防潮型刨花板的研究

摘　　要：通过三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和常规脲醛树脂形成共混树脂,探讨了其用于制备防潮型刨花板的工艺技术。结果表明,制得的共混树脂固体含量高,黏度、pH值、固化时间适宜,贮存稳定性好,用其制备的刨花板的物理力学性能达到GB/T 4897—2015《刨花板》中潮湿状态下使用的家具型防潮刨花板(P6型)的要求,其中防潮性能(70℃水中浸渍处理后静曲强度)为8.2~11.8 MPa(国标要求≥4.5 MPa),甲醛释放量穿孔萃取法为5.2~5.8 mg/100 g。The MF-UF resin was formed by blending melamine formaldehyde resin with urea formaldehyde resin.The technology for preparing moisture-proof particleboard in this resin was discussed.The results showed that the MF-UF resin had high solid content,suitable viscosity,pH value,curing time,and good storage stability.The physical and mechanical properties of the particleboard prepared with it met the requirements of furniture moisture-proof particleboard(P6 type)used in wet in GB/T 4897-2015 Particleboard.The wet state bending strength(after immersion treatment at 70℃water)was 8.2~11.8 MPa and higher than that in GB/T 4897-2015 Particleboard(≥4.5 MPa).The formaldehyde emission of the particleboard prepared with the resin was 5.2~5.8 mg/100 g by perforated extraction method.
