摘 要:着眼于生产企业原材料的订购与运输问题,针对赛题提供的数据进行一致化、标准化处理,并运用熵权法计算各供应商综合评价得分,记录、整理获取综合评价得分高的50家对企业最重要的供应商;以24周订购成本和转运商运输损耗作为目标函数,建立单目标规划模型,确定订购和转运方案;建立企业24周产能总和目标函数,确定在产能上限已获提升后的订购和转运优化方案。Focusing on the ordering and transportation of raw materials for production enterprises,the data ob tained from the competition questions are processed based on consistency and standardization,and the entropy weight method is used to score the comprehensive evaluation of each supplier.Then fifty suppliers with higher comprehensive evaluation scores are sorted and recorded.Taking 24-week cost of ordering and loss caused by transshipment as objective functions,a single-objective programming model is established to determine the ordering and transshipment schemes.Then a 24-week sum capacity objective function is created to optimize the plan for the ordering and transshipment when the maximum capacity is increased.
