摘　　要：本文综述了多温区冷藏车的研究进展及应用现状,本文主要从机械式多温区冷藏车、液化气体式多温区冷藏车、蓄冷板式多温区冷藏车这三个方面进行概述;总结了多温区冷藏车在果蔬、肉类和水产品等食品的保鲜运输方面的研究现状以及在应用过程中存在的问题,探讨了多温区冷藏车的发展趋势,为多温区冷藏车的改进提供了方向。This paper summarizes the research progress and application status of multi-temperature refrigerated vehicles.This paper mainly summarizes three aspects:mechanical multi-temperature refrigerated vehicles,liquefied gas multi-temperature refrigerated vehicles,and refrigerated plate multi-temperature refrigerated vehicles.This paper summarized the research status of refrigerated trucks in the fresh transportation of fruits,vegetables,meat and ice seafood in multi-temperature area.The problems existing in the application of refrigerated vehicles in the market at present are found,and the development trend of refrigerated vehicles in the market at present is discussed,which provides a direction for the improvement of refrigerated vehicles in the market at present.
