摘 要:研究FPSO主船体与上部模块结构一体化时船体梁的快速估算方法,主要目的是在船体设计初步阶段即可大致估算船体梁变形。根据FPSO自身特性对国内外相关估算公式进行分析改进,将改进后公式的计算变形值与整船有限元变形值进行对比,结果显示估算值与有限元计算值两者吻合度较高,改进后公式满足FPSO船体梁变形估算的精度要求,适用于FPSO船体变形的快速估算。The rapid estimation method of the hull girder when the main hull of Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)is integrated with the upper module structure is studied in order to estimate the deformation of the hull girder roughly in the preliminary stage of hull design.According to the characteristics of FPSO,the relevant estimation formulae at home and abroad are improved,and the calculated deformation values of the improved formulae are compared with those calculated by the whole-ship finite element method.The results show that the estimated values are in good agreement with those calculated by the finite element method.The improved formulae meet the precision requirement of the hull deformation estimation of FPSO and are suitable for rapid hull deformation estimation of FPSO.
