硕士研究生与导师沟通的现状及满意度影响因素研究

摘　　要：该文采用问卷调查法对重庆15所高校2260名硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果显示,硕士研究生与导师沟通的主动性差、沟通频率低和沟通内容比较单一;沟通的主动性、沟通的频率及沟通氛围影响师生沟通满意度。基于此,提出研究生要端正学习态度,提高与导师沟通的主动性,要拓宽沟通内容范围与深度,提高沟通效率,导师要明确自身责任,提高自身素质水平,要树立“亦师亦友”形象,缓和沟通氛围,要尊重学生的兴趣和人格及教育部门要营造良好的沟通环境并完善导师管理制度等对策建议。This paper uses the questionnaire to conduct a survey of 2260 postgraduates from 15 universities in Chongqing.The results show that the initiative of master students and their supervisors is poor,the frequency of communication is low,and the content of communication is relatively single;the initiative of communication,the frequency of communication and the atmosphere of communication affect the satisfaction of teachers and students.Based on this,it is proposed that graduate students should correct their learning attitude,increase the initiative to communicate with their tutors,broaden the scope and depth of communication content and improve communication efficiency.The tutors must clarify their own responsibilities,improve their own quality level,and establish"teacher and friend"image,ease the communication atmosphere,respect the interests and personality of students,and the education department should create a good communication environment and improve the mentor management system and other countermeasures.
