摘 要:目的:探讨课堂派结合情景模拟模式在放射科大型医学装备使用中不良事件应急培训教学效果。方法:选取医院放射科实习的77名实习生,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组(38名)和观察组(39名),在CT增强检查过敏反应急救教学中,对照组采用常规理论面授与操作示教练习方法教学,观察组实施课堂派线上理论授课结合情景模拟线下操作练习的混合模式教学。采用自制问卷调查实习生对不同教学模式的教学效果评价,对比两组常见疾病理论、常用含碘对比剂种类、过敏反应分类、重度过敏反应处理措施和心肺复苏电除颤的理论考核,以及操作技能中病情判断、急救仪器使用、急救操作流程、应急处理和爱伤观念考核5项单项成绩和总成绩的差异性。结果:观察组急救理论考核5项单项成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.65,t=3.36,t=2.55,t=3.94,t=6.38,t=3.81;P<0.05);急救操作技能5项单项成绩及总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.44,t=5.32,t=10.46,t=6.31,t=4.52,t=3.01;P<0.05)。观察组实习生对不同教学模式的6项教学效果得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.23,t=10.01,t=29.78,t=8.96,t=8.15,t=9.63;P<0.05)。结论:课堂派结合情景模拟模式应用于放射科CT增强检查重度过敏反应急救教学,能够提高实习生急救综合素质及自主学习积极性。Objective:To explore the training and teaching effect of Ketangpai online platform combined with scenario simulation mode in emergency response to adverse events in the use of large medical equipment in radiology department.Methods:A total of 77 interns in the radiology department of the hospital were selected and divided into control group(38) and observation group(39) by Convenience sampling.The control group was taught conventional theoretical face-to-face teaching and operation demonstration and practice,the observation group implemented a mixed-mode teaching of Ketangpai online platform theoretical teaching combined with scenario simulation offline operation practice.The teaching effect of different teaching models was evaluated by using self-made questionnaire.The difference in the scores of theoretical assessment and operational skills assessment between two groups was compared.Results:The five single item scores and total scores of first-aid theory examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.65,t=3.36,t=2.55,t=3.94,t=6.38,t=3.81;P<0.05);the five single item scores and total scores of first-aid operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.44,t=5.32,t=10.46,t=6.31,t=4.52,t=3.01;P<0.05);the interns in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group on 6 items on teaching effects of different teaching models,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.23,t=10.01,t=29.78,t=8.96,t=8.15,t=9.63;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ketangpai online platform teaching combined with scenario simulation mode in the emergency teaching of severe allergic reaction in radiology department for enhanced CT examination improve the comprehensive quality of first aid and the enthusiasm of the interns to learn independently.
