摘  要:为探究在全飞行剖面下飞机油箱燃油温度的变化,以及飞机油箱抑燃抑爆的安全性,利用fluent建立机翼油箱温度场模型,并根据可燃界限评估油箱安全性。通过数值模拟的方式计算了环境温度、飞行高度、马赫数、输油率及油箱载油量对燃油箱关键温度点分布情况的影响,同时进行了油箱可燃性评估。结果表明,在环境温度、飞行高度等因素影响下,机翼油箱内部燃油温度最大值的变化趋势较小,这与其分布位置有关,燃油温度的平均值和最小值受各因素影响较大,对今后飞行试验布置试验点具有指导意义;对燃油箱温度落入可燃界限的可能性判断,发现在各因素影响下,燃油温度最大值均会落入可燃界限内,其中高温天的影响最大,低飞行高度次之。In order to explore the temperature change of aircraft fuel in the fuel tank and the safety of the fuel tank under the full flight profile,the temperature field model of the wing fuel tank is established by using fluent software,and the fuel tank safety is evaluated according to the flammable limit.The effects of ambient temperature,flight altitude,Mach number,fuel delivery rate and fuel volume on the distribution of the key temperature points in the fuel tank are calculated by numerical simulation,and the flammability of the fuel tank is evaluated.The results show that under the influence of factors such as ambient temperature and flight altitude,the variation trend of the maximum fuel temperature inside the wing fuel tank is small,which is related to its distribution position.The average and minimum fuel temperature are greatly affected by various factors,which is of guiding significance for the arrangement of test points in future flight tests.Judging the possibility of the fuel temperature falling within the flammable limit,it is found that under the influence of various factors,the maximum fuel temperature will fall within the flammable limit;high ambient temperature has the greatest impact,followed by low flight altitude.
