地方高校民用航空技术应用型人才培养的探索与实践

摘　　要：为了解决民用航空技术应用型人才培养中存在的供给度严重不足、培养标准与行业需求的契合度不够、政行企对人才培养的支持度不够等问题,滨州学院与北京广慧金通教育科技有限公司联合在人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、课程体系建设、教育教学改革、校企协同机制等方面进行了多年的探索与实践,取得了很好的成效,为地方高校和行业培训机构参与民用航空技术应用型人才培养提供了很好的借鉴与参考。In order to solve the problems of cultivation of civil aviation technical application talents such as the serious shortage of talent supply,insuficient fit between training standards and industry needs,insuficient support from government,industry and enterprises for talent training Binzhou University and Beijing Guanghujintong Education and Technology Co.,Ltd,have jointly explored and practiced for many years in talent training mode,teacher team construction,curriculum system construction,education and teaching reform,and school-enterprise collaboration mechanism.Good results have been achieved,which provides a good reference for local universities and industry training institutions to participate in the training of civil aviation technology applied talents.
