摘  要:多级线圈发射装置的放电时序,需要根据电枢运动位置进行触发控制。使用光电传感器检测位置存在易受环境干扰与异物遮挡等问题。基于差动变压器与运算放大器组成自激振荡回路的方法,设计了一种结构简单、适用于线圈发射装置的位置检测装置。分析了电路原理,并采用低阶因子叠加拟合高阶系统的方法,分析了器件参数对系统的影响并设计电路。通过仿真软件对检测装置电路进行了仿真,并对装置功能进行实验验证。在有限元仿真软件中将检测电路模型与多级线圈发射装置模型结合,进行触发控制,仿真验证了基于位置检测电路的触发控制方法的有效性。The discharge timing of a multi-stage coil launcher needs to be triggered and controlled in combination with armature′s movement position.There are some problems in using photoelectric sensors,such as being easily disturbed by ambient light and easily blocked by foreign objects.Based on a self-excited oscillation circuit composed of a differential transformer and an operational amplifier,a position detection device with a simple structure and suitable for the launcher was designed.The circuit principle was examined,and the influence of device parameters on the system was analyzed and a circuit was designed according to the method of modeling a high-order system by the superposition of low-order factors.The circuit was simulated in a simulation software program and the features of the device was validated by experiments.The model of the detection circuit was combined with the multi-stage coil launcher model for trigger control in a finite element simulation software program.The simulation verified the efficiency of the trigger control method based on the position detection circuit.
