摘　　要：随着诊疗技术的提高及新药物的快速发展目前肿瘤治疗药物包括化疗药物、靶向药物、免疫药物。随着抗肿瘤药物的广泛应用,会引起严重不良反应,神经毒性不良反应导致患者生存质量及依从性下降。因此肿瘤内科医生在使用抗肿瘤药物前必须了解神经毒性不良反应的相关症状,治疗前对易引起神经毒性不良反应的药物进行预处理及预防,出现神经毒性不良反应后积极治疗,从而提高患者生存质量及依从性。本文对肿瘤内科治疗常见药物所致神经毒性的诊治进展作一综述,以提高临床医生对该类不良反应的认识。With the improvement of diagnosis and treatment technology and the rapid development of new drugs currently tumor treatment including chemotherapy drugs,targeted drugs,immune drugs.With the wide application of antitumor drug,can cause serious adverse reactions.Neurotoxicity adverse reaction leads to the decrease of the patient's quality of life and compliance,therefore tumor physician before use of antineoplastic drugs must be an understanding of the symptoms associated with neurotoxicity adverse reaction,easily cause prior to treatment to neurotoxicity preprocessing and prevention of adverse reactions to drugs in neurotoxicity adverse reactions after active treatment,thereby improving patient's quality of life and compliance.This article reviews the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of neurotoxicity caused by common drugs in the medical department of oncology in order to improve clinicians'understanding of such adverse reactions.
