摘　　要：化疗作为肿瘤治疗手段的基石之一,可引起心力衰竭、冠脉病变、瓣膜病、心律失常等心脏毒性事件,其相关近期、远期心脏毒性问题均需受到临床医生重视。近年来随着肿瘤心脏病学交叉学科的发展,化疗药物相关心肌损伤问题在病理生理机制、诊断、治疗等方面均取得了一定进展,但仍然存在诸多问题。该综述从不同化疗药物引起心血管事件的流行病学、临床特点、机制、诊断及治疗策略方面简要介绍其心脏毒性的诊治问题,为临床实践提供参考。As one of the cornerstones of tumor therapies,chemotherapy can cause heart failure,coronary artery disease,valvular disease,arrhythmia and so on.Its related acute and long cardiotoxicity need to be paid attention by clinicians.With the development of interdisciplinary oncology cardiology in recent years,progresses have been made in mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of chemotherapy-related myocardial injury,but there are still many problems that need to be solved.This review briefly introduces the diagnosis and treatment of cardiotoxicity from the aspects of epidemiology,clinical characteristics,mechanism research,diagnosis and treatment strategy of cardiovascular events caused by chemotherapy,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
