摘 要:研究了在缺少先验知识的前提下基于高阶累积量特征参量的数字调制识别算法。首先分析并计算不同数字调制信号的高阶累积量理论值,且针对单一高阶累积量识别有限,将各阶累积量进行组合构造不同的分类特征参量;然后,利用设定的合理决策阈值来构建分层分类结构进行分类识别;最后,对于在高斯噪声背景下的传输信道进行仿真实验,仿真实验结果表示,当信噪比等于-3 dB时,MPSK、2ASK、2FSK几种调制信号的识别率达80%以上,当信噪比大于2 dB及以上时,调制信号的识别准确率基本达到98%,充分证明了与其他调制识别方法相比,该算法可以实现低信噪比下提高调制信号识别率。In this paper,a digital modulation recognition algorithm based on high-order cumulant characteristic parameters is studied without prior knowledge.The algorithm firstly analyzes and calculates the theoretical values of high-order cumulants of different digital modulation signals,and since the recognition of single high-order cumulants is limited,different classification characteristic parameters are constructed by combining each high-order cumulant,and then a hierarchical classification structure is constructed by using the reasonable decision threshold.Finally,for the transmission channel under the background of Gaussian noise,the simulation results show that when the SNR is equal to-3 dB,the recognition rate of MPSK,2 ASK and 2 FSK modulation signals is above 80%;when the SNR is greater than 2 dB or above,the recognition accuracy of modulation signals is basically 98%.It is proved that the algorithm can improve the recognition rate of modulation signal at low SNR compared with other modulation recognition methods.
