摘　　要：目的 观察福沙匹坦双葡甲胺联合昂丹司琼治疗化疗性胃肠道反应的临床效果。方法 将68例采用顺铂进行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。两组患者化疗前均给予地塞米松口服,并于化疗前后给予昂丹司琼静脉注射及口服,观察组在上述治疗的基础上于化疗前给予注射用福沙匹坦双葡甲胺静脉滴注。观察两组患者化疗后胃肠道反应情况及生活质量。结果 与对照组比较,化疗后观察组患者恶心、呕吐、腹泻的严重程度均较轻(均P<0.05);化疗后观察组患者36项健康调查简表的生理机能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康维度得分及量表总分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 福沙匹坦双葡甲胺联合昂丹司琼治疗化疗性胃肠道反应效果较好,与单纯应用昂丹司琼相比,可更有效减轻患者的胃肠道反应严重程度,对患者的生活质量影响更小。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fosapreitant dimeglumine combined with ondansetron in the treatment of chemotherapeutic gastrointestinal reactions.Methods A total of 68 patients with malignant tumors undergoing cisplatin chemotherapy were randomly assigned to control group or observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were orally administrated dexamethasone before chemotherapy,and were given ondansetron by intravenous injection or oral administration before and after chemotherapy,based on which the observation group received intravenous drip of Fosapreitant Dimeglumine for Injection before chemotherapy.The post-chemotherapy gastrointestinal reactions,and the quality of life after chemotherapy were observed in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited slighter severity of nausea,vomiting,and diarrhoea after chemotherapy(all P<0.05),higher scores of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey indimensions(physiological function,body pain,overall health,vigor,social function,affection function,mental health),and a higher total score of the scale after chemotherapy(all P<0.05).Conclusion Fosapreitant dimeglumine combined with ondansetron exerts preferable effects for treating chemotherapeutic gastrointestinal reaction,which can effectively relieve severity of patients′gastrointestinal reactions,exerting less impact of patients′life quality.
