摘  要:将食品级惰性粉防虫杀虫技术与低温储粮技术相结合,可以取长补短,发挥综合技术应用效果,实现绿色储粮。食品级惰性粉对储粮害虫具有很好的防治和触杀作用。低温储粮技术可以有效降低粮温,一方面可以减弱粮食旺盛的呼吸作用,降低干物质的消耗,延缓粮食品质劣变,有效保持粮食的新鲜度、营养成分及其生命力;另一方面可以抑制虫害的生长繁殖,减少粮食损耗。将两项技术综合应用,实现大型浅圆仓夏季免熏蒸绿色储粮目的,达到低温、准低温储粮目标,降低保管员的劳动程度,减少单仓吨粮费用,取得最佳的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。Combining food grade inert powder insect control technology with low temperature grain storage technology can play to each other's strengths to offset their weaknesses,and reach the effects of comprehensive application,and finally achieve green grain storage.Food grade inert powder has good preventive and contact killing effects on stored grain pests.Low temperature grain storage technology can decrease the temperature of grain.On the one hand,it can weaken the vigorous respiration of grain,reduce the consumption of dry substance,slow down the spoilage of grain quality,and effectively maintain the freshness,nutritional composition and bionergy of grain.On the other hand,it can restrain the growth and reproduction of insect pests and reduce food loss.Comprehensive application of this two technologies will achieve the goal of fumigation-free green grain storage in large shallow silo in summer,achieve the aim of low-temperature and quasi low-temperature grain storage,reduce the labor degree of storekeepers,cut the expenses of per ton grain in a single silo,and gain the best benefits among economy,ecology and society.
