摘　　要：戏剧在高等教育中有着重要的育人作用,政法院校也普遍认识到戏剧的重要性并付诸实践。戏剧在法学教育中主要有三种应用模式,产生了积极的影响,对于法学教育有着特殊的价值。戏剧对于政法院校构建全方位育人格局有着重要作用,戏剧表演技巧可以有效地提高学生的法律实践专业技能,提高人际交往能力和沟通能力。政法院校作为学科特色明显的专业性院校,在推广和普及教育戏剧上存在诸多现实困难。如何在法学专业教育中融入戏剧,将戏剧与专业教育完美结合,培养综合素质高的高层次法治人才,这充满挑战和机遇。Drama plays an important role in educating people in higher education.Politics and law colleges and un iversities also generally recog nize the imports nee of drama and put it into practice.There are three main application modes of drama in legal education,which have had a positive impact and have special value for legal education.Drama plays an important role in the construction of an all-round education pattern in politics and law colleges.Drama perform a nee skills can effectively improve stude nts'professional skills in legal practice,and improve their interpersonal skills and communication skills.Politics and law colleges,as professional colleges with distinet disciplinary characteristics,have many practical difficulties in promoting and popularizing educational drama.How to integrate drama into legal education,perfectly combine drama with professional education,and cultivate high-level legal talents with high comprehensive qualities,those issues pose challenges and create opportunities as well.
