摘  要:伺服系统作为关键部件被广泛地应用于工业制造装备中,随着制造业转型升级,对伺服系统的可靠性提出了更高的要求。为了解决现阶段伺服系统可靠性提升与产品快速迭代之间的矛盾,以及满足高效率、低成本的产品可靠性研发需求,提出了长寿命小样本伺服系统可靠性快速提升技术方法。结合伺服系统产品的特性,在产品设计阶段开展故障模式及影响分析,原型样机测试阶段开展可靠性强化试验,提前发现产品的薄弱环节,并进行改进和补偿,从而提高产品的可靠性;在小批量试产阶段开展可靠性加速寿命试验,快速验证产品的可靠性水平;最后,开展伺服系统案例应用验证。研究表明,该项技术方法能够高效率、低成本地提升伺服系统的可靠性水平,对于伺服系统可靠性的工程化应用具有一定的参考意义。Servo systems are widely used in industrial manufacturing equipment as a key component.With the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,higher requirements are placed on the reliability of servo systems.In order to solve the contradiction between the current servo system reliability improvement and rapid product iteration,and meet the high-efficiency and low-cost product reliability research and development needs,a long-life and small-sample servo system reliability rapid improvement technology is proposed.Based on the product characteristics of the servo system,FMEA is carried out in the product design stage,and the reliability enhancement test is carried out in the prototype test stage,so as to identify weak links in products in advance,carry out improvement and compensation measures,and improve product reliability.The reliability accelerated life test in the small batch trial production stage is carried out to quickly verify the reliability level of the product.Finally,the case application verification of the servo system is carried out.And the research shows that this technical method can improve the reliability of the servo system with high efficiency and low cost,and has certain reference significance for the engineering application of the reliability of the servo system.
