摘　　要：针对某轮在备车时Alpha电子注油器系统不能进行预润滑动作的故障现象,工作人员基于Alpha气缸注油器系统的组成和运行模式,通过由易到难的排查找出了引起故障的原因是MCU单元接线断路,并成功将故障排除,最后为了避免和应对类似故障再次发生,提出了重视维修保养、改进安装位置等建议。In response to the fault phenomenon that the Alpha electronic oiler system could not carry out pre-lubrication action when a ship was being prepared,the staff identified the cause of the fault as a disconnected MCU unit wiring through easy to difficult troubleshooting based on the composition and operation mode of the Alpha cylinder oiler system,and successfully eliminated the fault.Finally,in order to avoid and cope with the recurrence of similar faults,emphasis was put on Finally,in order to avoid and cope with similar failures,suggestions were made to pay attention to maintenance and improve the installation location.
