摘　　要：构建高校创新创业教育生态体系既是深化创新创业教育改革的重要抓手,也是提高双创质量的必要途径。新媒体环境下高校创新创业教育生态系统面临创新创业理念碎片化、顶层规划设计片面化;课程体系单一化,师资力量薄弱化;规章制度非体系化、资源配置失衡化;政企校主体隔离化、合作体系弱协同化等问题。而转变创新创业教育的理念、激发师资课程内生动力、保持生态体系的稳定性和推动各方协同联动等是促进创新创业教育高质量的发展的基本途径。To establish an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges or universities is very important for deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,which is also a necessary way to improve the quality of university innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the new media environment,The construction of university innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem faces problems including:(i)the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship is fragmented,the top-level planning and design are lopsided;(ii)The curriculum system is simplistic and the teaching staff is weak;(iii)the rules and regulations are unsystematic,the resources allocation is unbalanced;(iv)the government,enterprise and university is isolated and lack of cooperation.the main following suggestions is abasic way to drive the high-quality development of the university innovation and entrepreneurship education:changing the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education;stimulating the teachers'endogenous motivation in curriculum;maintaining the stability of the ecosystem,and promoting the coordination among the government,enterprise and university.
