芒果自动称重分拣机的研制

摘　　要：针对中小型个体农户的芒果分拣市场空缺,结合攀西地区农业生产实际和市场需求情况,设计了一种芒果自动称重分拣机,按芒果重量进行分拣。该分拣机由机械部分和电控系统组成,机械部分包括上料机、分料机、分拣转盘和料仓;控制系统由Arduino及外围电路构成。该设备原理易懂,操作简单,维修方便。实验结果表明:该分拣机分选偏差可控制在8%±0.5%,分选速度可达每秒2±1个芒果,满足农忙时节芒果分拣需求。The needs of small and medium-sized individual agricultural household in mango sorting is vacant.Combined with the Panxi area agricultural production actual and market demand,the mechanical automation production technology is systematically researched,which is used for sorting by mango weight.The significance,theory and technological approaches to develop special mango sorting machine are discussed.Based on the case analysis,the mango automatic sorting machine meets the needs of mango sorting in peak period,which is consisted of mechanical system and automatic control system.
