摘  要:针对轮胎胎冠花纹复杂,人工观测裂纹容易漏检的难题,模拟动物毛发感知机理设计了一种新型磁致伸缩触觉传感器阵列。以铁镓合金片(Galfenol)作为悬臂梁敏感元件,使用有限元软件确定悬臂梁最佳长度然后实验验证。推导传感器的输出特性模型,实验测得传感器灵敏度为170.5 mV/N。将3个传感单元集成,形成1×3传感器阵列。传感器安装在滑轨工作台上,触头在胎冠上滑动。通过MATLAB分析传感器输出的动态信号可以识别胎冠花纹中的裂纹。Aiming at the problem that the tire crown pattern is complex and the crack is easy to be missed by manual observa⁃tion,a new magnetostrictive tactile sensor array was designed by simulating the sensing mechanism of animal hair.Galfenol was used as a sensitive element of a cantilever beam.The optimal length of cantilever beam was determined by finite element software and then veri⁃fied by experiment.An output characteristic model of the sensor was deduced.The experimental sensitivity of the sensor is 170.5 mV/N.Three sensing units were integrated into a 1×3 sensor array.The sensor was installed on the slide rail workbench,the contact sli⁃ded on the tire crown.The dynamic signal output by the sensor can identify cracks in the crown pattern by MATLAB.
