摘  要:中国是世界第四大产糖国,绝大部分糖品来源于甘蔗,但是制糖企业在生产过程中不可避免会产生污染物,对环境造成威胁。针对制糖过程中产生的废气与酒精废液的特点,分别对国内外制糖企业锅炉废气的组成、主要处理方式进行了分析;对糖蜜发酵酒精后酒精废液主要的12种处理技术进行了系统的分析,为制糖企业及学者解决行业内污染物问题提供一定的研究思路。China is the fourth largest sugar-producing country in the world, and most sugar products come from sugar cane. However, sugar enterprises will inevitably produce pollutants in the production process, which will pose a threat to the environment. According to the characteristics of waste gas and alcohol waste liquor produced in sugar making process,this paper analyzes the composition and main treatment methods of boiler waste gas in sugar making enterprises at home and abroad. And twelve main treatment technologies of alcohol waste liquor after molasses fermentation are systematically analyzed, which can provide some research ideas for sugar enterprises and scholars to solve the pollution problems in the industry.
