校企合作模式下高职汽修专业教学模式研究

摘　　要：随着汽车市场的扩张,近年来,汽修行业变得越来越热门,对相关人才的需求量也越来越大。这就对高职汽修专业人才培养提出了更高的要求,需要不断深化教学改革,提高学生的实践能力,以实践育人。校企合作教学模式应运而生,并逐渐成为高职院校汽修专业教学的主要发展模式之一。在校企合作模式下,教师可根据教学目标,建立起完善的教学体系,提高学生们对专业技能重要性的认知。同时,由于企业专业技术人员加入教学中,可帮助教师认识到自己在教学中的错误观念,并及时加以修正和完善,提高教学工作质量。该文对校企合作在高职汽修专业教学中的重要作用进行充分阐述,探讨校企合作下有效的教学模式,以期推动汽修专业教学发展,为社会输送更多高质量汽修人才。With the expansion of the automobile market,in recent years,the auto repair industry has become more and more popular,and the demand for related talents is also increasing This puts forward higher requirements for the training of higher vocational auto repair professional talents,which need to continuously deepen the teaching reform,improve students'practical ability,and educate people through practice.The school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode came into being and gradually become one of the main development modes of automobile repair teaching in higher vocational colleges.Under the school-enterprise cooperation mode,teachers can establish a perfect teaching system according to the teaching objectives to improve students'cognition of the importance of professional skills.At the same time,because the enterprise professional and technical personnel tojoin in the teaching can help teachers to realize their own wrong ideas in the teaching,and timely to correct and improve,improve the quality of teaching work.This paper fully expounds the important role of school-enterprise cooperation in the teaching of higher vocational automobile repair major,analyzes the existing problems,and discusses the effective teaching mode under the schoolenterprise cooperation,in order to promote the teaching development of automobile repair major,and provide more high-quality auto repair talents for the society.
