摘　　要：皮肤癌发病机制复杂,紫外线暴露导致DNA突变缺陷是重要原因之一。皮肤癌见于各个种族,并累及整个生命周期。皮肤癌在不同种族发病情况不同,有色人群的发病率和死亡率正在不断地升高,皮肤颜色可影响诊断。不同肤色患者基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌和黑色素瘤生存率存在差异,尤其是黑色素瘤,患者预后的差异巨大。皮肤肿瘤已成为重要的公共卫生问题。遗憾的是,国内有关皮肤基底细胞癌、皮肤鳞状细胞癌和皮肤黑色素瘤流行病学的文献较少,需要我们进一步关注这个问题。The pathogenic mechanism of skin cancer is complicated.At present,One of the important reasons of skin cancer is DNA modification defects caused by UV exposure.Skin cancer is found in various races and affects the entire life cycle.Skin cancer is different in different races.The incidence and mortality of colored people are constantly rising.The skin color can affect the diagnosis.There are differences in the ending of colored skin patients with base cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,and melanoma patients,especially in patients with melanoma.the prognosis of patients with skin cancer is huge,and skin cancer have become important public health problems.Unfortunately,there are fewer domestic literature on cutaneous basal cell carcinoma,cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,and cutaneous melanoma.We need to pay more attention to this problem.
