摘　　要：常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤主要包括基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌、恶性黑色素瘤以及乳房和乳房外Paget病等,后三者常可发生浸润和转移,严重威胁人类健康。传统治疗手段对于晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床意义有限。生物免疫治疗作为恶性肿瘤的新兴治疗手段,有助于改善患者预后、提高生活质量、延长生存时间。本综述主要阐述皮肤常见恶性肿瘤的生物免疫治疗进展及相关机制,以期为皮肤恶性肿瘤的治疗提供参考。Common skin malignant tumors mainly include basal cell carcinoma,cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,malignant melanoma,mammary and extramammary Paget′s disease,etc.The latter three kinds of malignant tumors can invade and metastasize,seriously threatening human health.Traditional therapeutics have limited benefits for patients with advanced malignant tumors.As an emerging treatment method for malignant tumors,biological immunotherapy can help to improve the prognosis of patients,improve the quality of life,and prolong the survival time.This review mainly summarizes the progress and related mechanisms of biological immunotherapies for skin malignant tumors and provides a reference for the treatment of skin malignant tumors.
