摘 要:为揭示市场双元的形成机理,促进新创企业有效联结技术与市场界面,基于双元理论及交互记忆系统相关观点,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探究研发团队交互记忆系统与组织内外部因素匹配对新创企业形成市场双元的组态效应。通过对272个研发团队的数据分析发现,不存在单一的核心条件能够驱动形成高水平市场双元,需要通过研发团队交互记忆系统与内外部环境因素匹配发生作用;在不同的政策与技术不确定性条件下,构建高水平市场平衡双元的路径有两条,而促进高水平市场互动双元形成的路径有3条,研发团队交互记忆系统在其中均扮演着关键角色。最后提出新创企业在结构分离或结构交互方式下实现市场探索与开发活动平衡的具体举措。In order to reveal the formation mechanism of market ambidexterity, and promote the effective link between technology and market for new ventures, based on the ambidexterity theory and related viewpoints of transactive memory system(TMS), this paper explores the configuration effect of the matching between the TMS of R&D teams and the internal and external factors of the organization on the formation of market ambidexterity for new ventures by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis. Using the data of 272 R&D teams, it is found that there is no single core condition that will drive the formation of high-level market ambidexterity, but TMS of R&D Teams are needed to match the internal and external context;under the conditions of different policy and technical uncertainty,there are two paths to build a high-level market balanced ambidexterity, and there are three paths to promote the formation of high-level market interplayed ambidexterity, TMS of the R&D team plays a key role in building market ambidexterity. Finally, several managerial implications are put forward for new ventures to achieve the balance between market exploration and exploitation activities under the perspective of structural separation or structural interaction.
