摘 要:目的 探究将智慧课堂和思政教育融入本科医学专业教育对提高教学质量产生的作用。方法 挑选72名临床医学专业学生并随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组进行创新教学模式(智慧课堂和思政教育有机结合),对照组则进行传统授课,在一学期后从专业知识、操作能力、临床思维及总分4个维度评价两组教学成果,并调查学生的满意度情况。结果 实验组学生的专业知识、操作能力、临床思维和总分及对课程满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=9.82、11.42、6.66、8.85,χ^(2)=11.57,P均<0.05)。结论 智慧课堂和思政教育融入本科医学教育明显优化了教学质量,做到了“坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程”,从而提高学生的学习能力和水平,让学生得到全面发展。Objective We aim to determine the effect of integrating wisdom class and ideological and political education into undergraduate medical education. Methods Totally 72 clinical medical students were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group carried out innovative teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.After one semester,the teaching results of the two groups were evaluated from the four dimensions of professional knowledge,operational ability,clinical thinking and total score,and the degree of satisfaction was investigated. Results The professional knowledge,operation ability,clinical thinking,total score and degree of satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=9.82,11.42,6.66,8.85,χ^(2)=11.57,P<0.05). Conclusion The integration of wisdom class and ideological and political education into undergraduate medical education significantly optimizes the teaching quality,improves students’ learning ability and level and enable students to get all-round development.
