气相色谱法测定15-羟基十五烷酸和环十五内酯

摘　　要：采用SH-Stabilwax-DA酸性专用色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)的气相色谱法同时检测15-羟基十五烷酸和环十五内酯。测得标准曲线分别为Y_(1)=2.3933×10^(5) X_(1)-1.5371×10^(5),Y_(2)=8.1065×10^(5) X_(2)+7.8233×10^(3),相关系数R^(2)>0.999,分别在质量浓度1.9078~19.078 mg/mL和1.0434~10.434 mg/mL内有良好的线性关系;加标回收率分别在98.63%~104.70%和98.09%~105.93%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.14%~3.14%和0.78%~2.70%。测得的样品RSD值分别为1.86%~3.03%和1.57%~2.80%。气相色谱法可以直接进样,并同时检测15-羟基十五烷酸和环十五内酯,方法准确稳定,简便可行。Simultaneously detected of 15-hydroxypentadecanoic acid and cyclopentacolactone were performed by gas chromatography on a SH-Stabilwax-DA acidic column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm).The standard curves were obtained as follows:Y_(1)=2.3933×10^(5) X1-1.5371×10^(5),Y_(2)=8.1065×10^(5) X_(2)+7.8233×10^(3),R^(2)>0.999.There was a good linear in the range of 1.9078~19.078 mg/mL and 1.0434~10.434 mg/mL,respectively.The recovery rate were 98.63%~104.70%and 98.09%~105.93%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 2.14%~3.14%and 0.78%~2.70%,respectively.The RSD of the measured samples were 1.86%~3.03%and 1.57%~2.80%,respectively.The method of gas chromatography could directly inject samples and simultaneously detected 15-hydroxypentadecanoic acid and cyclopentacolactone,which was accurate and feasible.
