基于新型财务人才培养的财务管理课程建设与教学实践——以山东商业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：数智时代,财务领域的巨大变革催生对新型财务人才的迫切需求,财务管理课程建设与教学实践对新型财务人才培养提供重要支撑。课程团队以新型财务人才核心素养培养为课程建设目标,以课程思政领航,以岗课证赛为主导,以校企深度协同为抓手,以课程团队建设为保障,以课程资源建设为载体,构建了基于新型财务人才培养的财务管理课程建设与教学实践模式,成效显著。In the era of digital intelligence,huge changes in the financial field have spawned an urgent need for new financial talents. The course construction and teaching practice of “Financial Management ”provide important support for the training of new financial talents. The course team takes the core literacy training of new financial talents as the course construction goal,takes the curriculum ideological and political as pilot,the post lesson certificate competition as the guide,the school-enterprise collaboration as the leverage,the curriculum team construction as the guarantee, and the curriculum resource construction as the carrier. The " Financial Management" course construction and teaching practice model is constructed based on the training of new financial talents,and remarkable results have been achieved.
