摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染可导致一系列胃肠道损害。相关研究报道了SARS-CoV-2感染可导致溃疡性结肠炎的发生和进展,可能与SARS-CoV-2感染引发的细胞因子风暴有关。近日,我们还关注了感染SARS-CoV-2是否会加重接受生物免疫治疗UC患者的病情以及接种SARS-CoV-2疫苗对这些患者是否安全有效等问题。目前,有关SARS-CoV-2、SARS-CoV-2疫苗和溃疡性结肠炎之间的相互作用机制尚不完全清楚,需要更多的研究进一步明确其中的关系。Novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2,SARS-CoV-2 for short)infection can cause a series of gastrointestinal damage.Related studies have reported that SARS-CoV-2 infection can lead to the occurrence and progression of ulcerative colitis,which may be related to the cytokine storm caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection.Recently,we have also paid attention to whether infection with SARS-CoV-2 will aggravate the condition of UC patients receiving biological immunotherapy and whether vaccination with SARS-CoV-2 is safe and effective for these patients.At present,the interaction mechanism between SARS-CoV-2,SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and ulcerative colitis is not fully understood,and more research is needed to further clarify the relationship.
