摘　　要：新时代工匠精神植根于习近平治国理政的伟大实践。新旧动能转换背景下加强旅游职业院校工匠精神的培养,有利于进一步推动文旅产业融合,助力实现经济社会高质量发展。本文深入探讨旅游职业院校工匠精神的内涵,从文化理念熏陶、课程实践塑造、师德师风传承、体制机制保障等方面研究构建适宜新时代工匠精神培养的全方位、系统化的培养体系。The spirit of new age craftsmen comes from and roots in the Governing practice of Xi Jinping.Under the background of the change of new and old motive forces, strengthening the cultivation of artisan spirit in tourism vocational colleges is beneficial to further promote the integration of cultural and tourism industries, and help to achieve high-quality economic and social development. This paper probes into the connotation of craftsman spirit in tourism vocational colleges, this paper studies the construction of an allround and systematic training system suitable for the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the new era from the aspects of the cultivation of cultural ideas, the shaping of curriculum practice, the inheritance of teacher’s ethics and the guarantee of system and mechanism.
