摘　　要：原发性皮肤间变大细胞淋巴瘤是一种较为少见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,肿瘤细胞具有间变细胞的特征,表达CD30,不表达间变性淋巴瘤激酶。本文报道1例藏族儿童发生的原发性皮肤间变大细胞淋巴瘤并总结此类病变的临床病理特征,旨在加深对本疾病的认识。Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma is a rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.The tumor cells have the characteristics of anaplastic cells, expressing CD30 but not anaplastic lymphoma kinase.In this study, we reported a case of primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma in a Tibetan child and summarized the clinicopathological features, aiming to strengthen the understanding of this disease.
