不同冲洗方式治疗慢性牙髓炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探究不同冲洗方式治疗慢性牙髓炎(CP)的效果。方法选取2019年3—9月本院收治的120例CP患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。两组均采用一次性根管治疗,其中对照组给予常规注射器冲洗,研究组给予超声根管冲洗,比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、根管填充效果、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组术后VAS评分为(2.11±0.46)分,明显低于对照组的(3.86±0.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组适充占比高于对照组,欠充及超充占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应生率(1.67%)明显低于对照组(11.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声根管冲洗治疗CP患者根充效果确切,且可明显降低患者疼痛,减轻术后不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of different irrigation methods in the treatment of chronic pulpitis(CP).Methods 120 patients with CP who were treated in our hospital from March to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,60 cases in each group.Both groups were received one-time root canal treatment,and the control group was given routine syringe irrigation,and the study group was given ultrasonic root canal irrigation.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,root canal filling effect,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative VAS score of the study group was(2.11±0.46)scores,which was significantly lower than(3.86±0.83)scores of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of adequate charging in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportions of undercharging and overcharging were both lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound root canal irrigation is effective for root filling in CP patients,and can significantly reduce pain and postoperative adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
