摘　　要：高职院校是国家培养技能型人才的重要阵地,在全面建成小康社会的过程中,国家资助政策保障有力,高职院校学生资助工作水平不断提高,但资助工作精准化程度仍有待提高,资助政策的育人功能仍需进一步挖掘。从保障性资助到满足学生全面发展的转变,高职院校需要丰富资助工作内涵,为家庭经济困难学生制定精准的培养方案,构建长效帮扶机制,助力巩固脱贫攻坚成果。Higher vocational colleges are an important position for the country to cultivate skilled talents.In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the guarantee of national financial aid policy is powerful.The level of financial aid for students in higher vocational colleges continues to improve,but the precision of financial aid work still needs to be improved,and the educational function of financial aid policy still needs to be further explored.From guaranteed funding to satisfying the all-round development of students,higher vocational colleges need to enrich the connotation of funding work,formulate precise training programs for students from poor families,build long-term support mechanisms,and help consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.
