摘　　要：未能形成健康的就业心理,将引发学生认知、心理和行为上的偏差,不利于学生成长为高素质职业人才。在对高职院校学生消极逃避、患得患失等典型就业心理展开分析的基础上,对影响学生心理的因素进行了探究,从环境营造、职业教育改革、心理指导三个层面提出了健康就业心理的培养路径,希望能够推动职业人才培养水平的提升。Failure to form a healthy employment psychology will lead to students’cognitive,psychological and behavioral biases,which is not conducive to students’growth into high-quality professional talents.Based on the analysis of vocational college students’typical employment psychology such as negative escape and worries about gain and loss,this paper explores the factors affecting students’psychology,and puts forward the cultivation path of healthy employment psychology from three aspects of environment construction,vocational education reform and psychological guidance,hoping to promote the improvement of vocational talent cultivation level.
