摘　　要：近年来,体育产业逐渐趋于市场化、产业化,成为我国进入中国特色社会主义新时期较为重要的经济侧重发展方向,国家十四五规划纲要中更是将体育纳入“文化、教育、人才”构建体系中的长远规划。在体育产业振兴背景下,高校体育产业管理人才培养将为国内体育产业输送大量专业人才,立足国内高校体育产业管理专业人才培养动态,探析体育产业管理人才培养中的规划方向,促进国内体育产业的发展,助力“体育强国”宏伟目标的实现。In recent years,sports industry has gradually become market-oriented and industrialized,which has become a more important economic focus in the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the outline of the 14 th five-year plan,sports is also a long-term plan that integrates sports into the construction system of“culture,education and talents”.Under the background of the revitalization of sports industry,the training of management talents in the sports industry will provide a large number of professional talents for the domestic sports industry.Based on the dynamic development of the management talents in the sports industry,the paper analyzes the planning direction of the training of the sports industry management talents,promotes the development of the domestic sports industry and helps the realization of the grand goal of“sports powerful country”.
