摘　　要：思想理论教育和价值引领是高校辅导员工作的重要职责,辅导员提升政治引领力对培养新时代的社会主义接班人具有重要意义。文章旨在分析高校辅导员提升政治引领力的内涵、外延和实践意义,探析当前部分高校在提升辅导员政治引领力上的困境和难点,提出了切实有效的解决路径,希望能为高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作提供参考。Ideological theory education and value guidance are important responsibilities of college counselors.Improving their political leadership is of great significance to the cultivation of socialist successors in the new era.This paper aims to analyze the connotation, extension and practical significance of college counselors’ improvement of political leadership, explore the difficulties of some colleges and universities in improving their counselors’ political leadership, and put forward practical and effective paths, hoping to provide reference for college counselors in the implementation of ideological and political education.
