摘　　要：大学生党员是党的新鲜血液和有生力量,全面提高大学生党员的发展和培养质量,保证学生党员队伍的纯洁性和先进性,是高职院校贯彻落实全面从严治党责任要求的重要举措。该文通过分析高职院校学生党员发展工作的现状、问题及原因,运用PDCA循环管理法提出构建高职院校学生党员发展质量管理体系的具体举措,旨在提升学生党员发展工作质效。College student Party members are the fresh blood and effective force of the Party, and improving the quality of recruiting and cultivating college student Party members comprehensively, and guaranteeing the purity and advanced nature of student Party members is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to implement the responsibility of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the recruitment of student Party members in higher vocational colleges, and the reasons causing the problems, and puts forward specific measures to build a quality management system for recruiting student Party members in higher vocational colleges with PDCA cycle management method, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment of student Party members.
