摘　　要：临床药物治疗学是药学本科专业的重要课程之一,也是现代药学与临床医学的桥梁学科,具有实践性和综合性的特点。将单病种案例教学应用于临床药物治疗学的教学过程,可借助改编后的真实单病种案例,有效地将理论知识点融入案例进行教学实践,能够更好地启发本科生“以患者为中心”,基于案例全面考虑,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,锻炼学生的临床思维能力,为其走上临床药师工作岗位打下基础。Clinical pharmacotherapeutics is one of the important courses for undergraduate majors in pharmacy.As a practical and comprehensive discipline, it is a bridge discipline between modern pharmacy and clinical medicine. To apply single-disease case teaching to the teaching process of clinical pharmacotherapeutics, we can effectively integrate theoretical knowledge points into the cases with the help of adapted real single-disease cases for teaching practice, which can better inspire undergraduates to establish the“patient-centered”concept, improve their ability to analyze and solve problems and practice their clinical thinking ability based on comprehensive consideration of cases, so as to lay the foundation for their career as a clinical pharmacist.
