男童身材矮小与睾丸发育的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析男童身材矮小与睾丸发育的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2020年12月本院收治的76例身材矮小男性患儿作为研究对象,其中生长激素完全缺乏14例,生长激素部分缺乏35例,特发性矮小27例,比较身材矮小类型患儿发育指标(身高、体质量、体重指数)和睾丸容积均值(MVT)差异;比较矮小男童和正常男童不同年龄段MVT值;分析发育指标与MVT的相关性。结果不同身材矮小类型患儿身高比较差异无统计学意义;特发性矮小患儿体质量、体重指数均低于生长激素完全缺乏和部分缺乏患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特发性矮小、生长激素部分缺乏患儿MVT值均低于生长激素完全缺乏患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5~<6、6~<7、7~<8、8~9、10~12岁年龄段,正常男童MVT值均高于矮小男童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,身材矮小男童体质量、体重指数和MVT值呈正相关(r=0.649、0.701,P<0.05)。结论男童身材矮小和睾丸发育呈正相关,体质量、体重指数均与MVT具有相关性,身材矮小患儿睾丸发育相对迟缓,临床应及时实施有效治疗,改善患儿性腺发育。Objective To analyze the correlation between short stature and testicular development in boys.Methods 76 male children with short stature in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,including 14 cases of complete deficiency of growth hormone,35 cases of partial deficiency of growth hormone,and 27 cases of idiopathic short stature.The differences of developmental indexes(height,body mass,body mass index)and mean testicular volume(MVT)in children with short stature were compared.The differences of MVT values between short boys and normal boys in different ages were compared.The correlation between developmental indexes and MVT was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in height among children with short stature,the body mass and body mass index of children with idiopathic short stature were lower than those with total and partial deficiency of growth hormone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MVT value of children with idiopathic short stature and partial growth hormone deficiency was lower than that of children with total growth hormone deficiency,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5-<6,6-<7,7-<8,8-9,10-12 age groups,the MVT values of normal boys were higher than those of short stature boys,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the body mass,body mass index and MVT were positively correlated in short stature boys(r=0.649,0.701,P<0.05).Conclusion There is positive correlation between short stature and testicular development in boys,both body mass and BMI are correlated with MVT,testicular development in children with short stature is relatively delayed.
