微型种植体支抗与常规矫正在口腔正畸治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究微型种植体支抗与常规矫正在口腔正畸治疗中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年12月于本院口腔科行口腔正畸治疗的90例患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组行常规矫正治疗,观察组行微型种植体支抗治疗,比较两组矫正效果、临床疗效、并发症发生率。结果研究组磨牙移距小于对照组,上中切牙倾角、上中切牙凸距差、上齿槽座角均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的37.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗治疗矫正效果优于常规矫正治疗,且并发症较少,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of micro implant support versus and conventional orthodontics in orthodontic treatment.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was treated with micro implant support,and the orthodontic effect,clinical efficacy and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The molar shift distance of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,and the inclination angle of the upper central incisors,the convex distance difference of the upper central incisors,and the upper alveolar seat angle were all greater than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 84.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.89%,which was lower than 37.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The orthodontic effect of micro implant support treatment is better than that of conventional orthodontic treatment,with fewer complications and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
