军队体育文职教员胜任力的提升研究

摘　　要：军队体育文职教员作为近年的新生力量,已逐步承担起军事体育教学训练的使命任务,优点是学历层次高、年轻活力足、学习速度快;缺点是军人素养缺乏、教学经验不足、教学内容生疏。构建军队体育文职教员胜任力的洋葱模型以及理论模型,对模型中较易提升的中层个人素质能力和表层技能知识能力进行分析。其中,个人素质能力作为基础构成,包括自我形象和军人素养;技能能力作为重要部分,包括教学能力、组训能力和教育能力;知识能力作为更高层次要求,包括教学研究能力、教学改革创新能力和自我发展能力。本文从个人、单位、国家等角度提出了相应的提升对策建议。As a new force in recent years, military sports civilian teachers have been gradually undertaking the mission of military sports teaching and training. They have the advantages of being young and energetic, having high academic level and fast learning speed, and the disadvantages of lack of military literacy, lack of teaching experience and being unfamiliar with teaching content. This paper constructs the onion model and theoretical model of the competency of military sports civilian teachers, and analyzes the middle-level personal quality and surface skill knowledge ability that are easy to be improved in the model. Personal quality is the basic composition, including self-image and military literacy;skill ability is an important part, including teaching ability, group training ability and educational ability;knowledge ability is a higher-level requirement, including teaching research ability, teaching reform and innovation ability and self-development ability. Some corresponding countermeasures have been put forward from the perspective of individuals, units and countries.
