摘　　要：电工电子创新教育平台以“创新引领、资源共享”为顶层设计,以学生中心,全面落实立德树人,通过自制电子设计竞赛系统性实验平台、丰富线上线下培训资源、完善校级管理机制、有机融入课程思政教育元素等举措,搭建校级创新教育平台,实现资源共享,辐射省内外高校,培养了大批具备卓越创新实践能力、严谨科学探索精神和以德为本、以业为基的综合素质的高端电子信息类人才。Taking “innovation leading and resource sharing” as the top-level design and students as the center, the electrical and electronic innovation education platform fully implements the principle of building morality and cultivating people. Through the measures of making electronic design competition systematic experimental platform by self, enriching online and offline training resources, improving school level management mechanism and organically integrating curriculum ideological and political education elements, it builds a school-level innovation education platform to realize resource sharing, radiate colleges and universities inside and outside the province, and cultivate excellent innovation practice ability, high-end electronic information talents with rigorous scientific exploration spirit and comprehensive quality based on morality and industry.
