摘　　要：目的 探讨肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌的影像学特征、诊断及鉴别诊断,为临床和影像诊断工作提供经验。方法 2020年12月,我院收治肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌患者1例,回顾性分析该患者的临床资料,包括术前临床体征、影像及病理报告、治疗措施和预后等,并复习相关的文献报道,讨论其临床及影像特征。结果 患者因体检超声发现右肾占位而就诊,在我院进行了相关影像学检查,结果 提示右肾下极乏血供占位性病变,考虑恶性可能性大。随后行右肾部分切除术,病理结果 为肾黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌。结论 肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌是一种罕见的肾脏肿瘤,明确该肿瘤的影像学特征,诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。Objective Investigate the imaging features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mucinous tubular and spindle cell ca rcinoma,in order to provide experience for clinical and imaging diagnosis.Methods In December 2020,a patient with renal mucinous tubular and spindle cell ca rcinoma was admitted to our hospital.The clinical data of patient,including preoperative clinical signs,imaging and pathological reports,treatment measu res and prognosis,were retrospectively analyzed.What’s more,we reviewed many relevant reports to discuss the clinical and imaging features of this disease.Results The patient went to the doctor because of the right kidney mass,which is found by ultrasound during health checkup.Relevant imaging examinations were conducted in our hospital,and the results indicated that the space-occupying lesion of her lower right kidney was poor blood supply,and this mass could be malignant.Partial nephrectomy of the right kidney was performed,and the pathologic findings were mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma.Conclusion Mucinous tubular and spindle cell ca rcinoma is a ra re renal tumor.This is great significance to define the imaging features,diagnosis and diffe rential diagnosis of this tumor.
